STOP!YOU ARE CAUSING FITNA
STOP!YOU ARE CAUSING FITNA

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (radiyallahu’anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu’alayhi wasallam) said:
‘O People! How [bad] would be your condition when your women will rebel and your youth will begin to sin?’
The Sahabah (radiyallahu’anhu) said: ‘Will this [ever] happen, O Messenger of Allah?’

Nabi (sallallahu’alayhi wasallam) replied: ‘Yes, and even worse [is to happen]. How [bad] will be your condition when you will abandon enjoining good and forbidding wrong?’
The Sahabah (radiyallahu’anhu) said: ‘Will this [ever] happen, O Messenger of Allah?’

Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam) replied: ‘Yes, and even worse [is to happen]. How [bad] will your condition be when you will consider vice as virtue and [you will consider] virtue as vice?’
(Musnad Abi Ya’la, Hadith: 6389 and Al-Mu’jamul Awsat of Tabarani, Hadith: 9321)

We are living in an upside-down world wherein ,as predicted in the Hadith above, vice has become good and good has become vice.
Proclaiming oneself to have LGBT tendencies or promoting such is seen by the world as being confident and open minded while expressing a view contrary is seen as homophobic and backwards and such views are castigated as being inconsiderate and even banned.

In the like manner expressing views of modernism, watering down islam, perpetrating and propagating acts that are contrary to Shariah such as interfaith and free mixing is met with silence whereas any word against such is met with disdain and is called "fitna" or called a lack of respect for Ikhtilaaf in matters that have no place in the realm of valid differences.
Ironically this type of mindset is part of what Fitna really is,that is, viewing the good of standing up against evil to be Fitna and vice versa.
Is promoting and engaging in interfaith fitna or speaking against such in a time when apostasy is rife?
Is engaging in intermingling fitna or speaking against such?
So next time we hear the term "Causing Fitna "Let us reflect, Have we defined Fitna as it ought to be defined or do we feel anything that makes us uncomfortable or anything spoken against someone we adore to be "Fitna"?
