Being Cautious In The Usage Of Terminology And Language And keeping Our Islamic Identity

Many years ago Hazarat Haji Bhai Padia رحمة الله عليه explained to us that we should not use the word Prophet صلي الله عليه وسلم in our Bayaans, rather say Nabi Kareem صلي الله عليه وسلم or Rasoollulah صلي الله عليه وسلم as these are words are from the Quraan Shareef and in it is noor.

Alhamdulillah, most of our Ulema have followed this advice. Allah ta'ala guide us to follow on the values of our pious elders. Aameen.
Unfortunately few trends that are becoming common and are dangerous:
1. The use of scholars instead of Ulema. Remember scholars includes any university graduate.
2. Seminar and workshops instead of Muzakarah or Majlis. When such titles are given it allows Unislamic activities to be added to the occasion.
Hazarat Molana Mohammad Ilyas رحمة الله عليه hoped that through the blessed work of tabligh Islamic terminologies would become common.
Sadly many are doing contrary to this.

May Allah ta'ala give us true understanding of our beautiful Deen.
Aameen
