We made him sit in a corner like a nobody and gave him a piece of dry bread every once in a while.

Suddenly it dawns on us that this was such an honored guest and we treated him so disrespectfully.

We did not even accept the gifts he came with from Rabbul Aalameen.

Now he is about to leave and we have to bid him farewell not knowing if we will see him again.

Let us ask maaf, ask Allah maaf for the way we treated this guest. Let us treat him as the honourable guest that he is in the last hours before he leaves. Let us accept the gifts of forgiveness, barakat, tauba and so much else that he came with.

Let us do right by him lest he goes back and complain to Rabbul Aalameen about how we treated him.

We bid farewell to Ramadaan, but Ramadaan is still here.

Make the best of the last moments of this most auspicious of months.

Jibreel Alayhis Salaam cursed those who allow Ramadaan to come and go and do not secure forgiveness and their Aakhirat. Sayyidil Qawnain Alayhis salaam said Ameen to that curse.

Let us not fall in the curse of these two great chiefs and leaders alayhis salaam.
