The Truth is wonderful. When it comes, it destroys every facet of falsehood in all its forms. Even more wonderful is when Allah Ta'ala's Mercy rains upon a person that he is able to recognise and acknowledge the Truth.
Then such a Blessed person becomes a force to be reckoned with. The Truth unshackles all the chains of Falsehood within him and he wants to go out and scream and proclaim the Truth.
You have probably seen or heard this many times in your life. A person finds Deen after years of wallowing in kufr or shirk.
Suddenly, what takes a born Muslim years to accomplish, this newcomer to Deen accomplishes within a short space of time. To such an extent, that the Born Muslim becomes embarrassed and he tries to "control" or subdue the enthusiasm of the newcomer.
Sometimes, it is even a born Muslim who finds the Truth later in his life and he too becomes a force to be reckoned with. That is Allah Ta'ala's system for one who embraces the Truth.
No amount of chastisement, physical harm or pain can muzzle or subdue a person when he hands himself over to Allah Ta'ala, Al Haq, upon embracing the Truth.
Such a person, if he embraces the Truth in totality, becomes immune to the efforts of the agents of falsehood in silencing the Truth. He becomes that proverbial "Thick Skinned Hard Nut, not easy to crack!"
They will dig into his past, find every fault, big or small, magnify it and attempt to muzzle him. They will use his family, his friends, his job, his business.....anything he holds dear to manipulate and blackmail him into silence. But...if he is true...if he is sincere...if he has embraced Al Haq completely then all these efforts are in vain. In fact, these efforts may even further the Course of Haq for, one will wonder why there is so much of effort spent in silencing this person. What are the agents of falsehood so afraid of that they will bully someone into submission?
But, ignoring all this hardship, the Embracer of Truth, plods on.... he will lose family, friends, wealth and even respect in the eyes of people. But with his eyes and heart firmly attached to His Rabb, he goes on. Knowing that true Izzah is in the Hands of Allah Ta'ala, he is afraid of nothing besides Allah Ta'ala. He does that which Allah Ta'ala expects of him, despite all his faults, weaknesses and shortcomings.
His sins he lays bare in front of His Rabb, acknowledging his weakness and Begging from Rabb in Taubah. But his efforts in proclaiming the Truth is not hindered by his weaknesses.
He may have been one committed Zina. He leaves his Zina and makes Taubah every day. But he does not allow that lapse in Obedience from stopping him from proclaiming and defending the Truth.
This is a true Defender of Haq!
Our pious predecessors used to make Taubah for even their permissible actions but never did they leave defence of Deen.
When the Truth comes to you, do not be afraid. Embrace it. Accept it. Fulfill its Demands and attach yourself firmly to Your Rabb. Walk Boldly onto the side of Your Beloved Nabi Sallalahu Alayhi wasallam. Do not let anything hold you back.
And for your crimes, Allah Ta'ala has granted you that wonderful gift of Taubah! That gift, if used sincerely, catapaults you into Friendship with your Rabb!!!
And then, no matter what creation does, you belong to The Creator and nothing else matters!
This, dear friends, is what the agents of falsehood are afraid of. The force behind one who embraces the Truth!
May Allah Ta'ala accept us all into His Friendship.
May Allah Ta'ala grant us courage of accepting and embracing Haq.
May Allah Ta'ala accept us for the Service of His Deen while He is pleased with us.
