The Jamiatul Mu'mineen also asked about Shia funding and sponsorships.

It is imperative for every mu'min to stand up and boycott these vile entities and demand a response or demand the removal of those who support or fail to speak against these concepts.

Assalaamualaikum, Moulana Ebrahim Bham/Brother Muhammad Cajee.

It has come to our attention that

ASRI is lending support to LGBT movements as portrayed by one Shazia Ebrahim who is a part of ASRI.

It has also been brought to our attention that AMKA (one of your sponsors/supporters) is Shia affiliated.

What is ASRI's view on the above (LGBTQ+ and Shias)? We also request comment on this matter.

As Moulana Bham is a listed supporter of ASRI and is a prominent spokesperson for Muslims in South Africa, we would also like to hear the view of Moulana and the stance of JUSA and UUCSA on the matter above.

If any of the above is not factual, do let us know as well.

Kindly respond as a matter of urgency as many complaints are coming from Muslims on this subject on various platforms.
